Crepes are such a fun way to switch up your sweet breakfast without it feeling like a boring ol’ pancake. This version doesn’t require any expensive store-bought pancake mix, comes together in about 2 minutes, and the hardest part is simply deciding which toppings you’re in the mood for that day. Well… that, and maybe flipping the crepe. But practice makes perfect.
All you need are egg whites, your protein powder of choice, and peanut butter powder. Bada-bing, bada-boom — you’ve got yourself a high-protein breakfast that feels way fancier than the effort it takes.
***Pro tip: make sure you wait until your pan is FULLY hot before starting to cook your crepes! And try to use a high quality, LARGE non-stick pan, unlike me hehe
